Royal Optics provides tracked shipping to customers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and selected European destinations.


1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs inspections

  • Public holidays

  • Weather conditions

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If delivery is significantly delayed, customers will be informed where possible.


3. Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.

We may offer:

  • Free Standard Tracked Shipping

  • Express Shipping (where available)

Prices include applicable VAT for EU deliveries.


4. Transfer of Risk

For consumers located in Germany and Austria:

Risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the consumer only when the goods are delivered to the consumer or a person designated by the consumer (other than the carrier).

For shipments to Switzerland:

Risk passes upon delivery according to applicable Swiss law.


5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes (Switzerland)

Orders shipped to Switzerland may be subject to:

  • Import VAT

  • Customs duties

  • Handling fees

These charges are determined by Swiss customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Royal Optics has no control over these charges.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details:

  • The customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

  • Refunds may exclude shipping expenses already incurred.


7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days after dispatch, please contact:

We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.

If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.


8. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

If a shipment is:

  • Refused by the customer

  • Not collected from a pickup location

  • Returned due to unpaid customs charges

The customer may be responsible for return shipping and handling costs.
